World Book Day

 WORLD • BOOK • DAY 

Today our school was bursting with colour, creativity and laughter as we celebrated The Day the Crayons Quit through our whole-school theme: The Great Crayon Comeback! 

From our brilliant staff crayon performances in assembly, to persuasive writing, artwork, speeches, songs and rainbow-coloured outfits — the children threw themselves into every moment. Their imagination, teamwork and confidence truly shone through 

A huge highlight was our whole-school rainbow photo, where every year group stood proudly in their crayon colours. What a fantastic way to show our unity as a school community 

We also loved our World Book Day showcase, where each class proudly shared the creative work they had been busy producing throughout the day. The hall was filled with so much joy, pride and celebration of reading 

We are so proud of our children for embracing the day with such enthusiasm, and grateful to our wonderful staff and families for helping make this celebration so special
